Boutique student residences are the new face of student accommodation - a far cry from the traditional stereotype of terraced student housing and ugly purpose built blocks.
Historically, student accommodation has been provided by privately owned three to ten bedroom houses or by student halls, neither of which maintain the standard of living many new and returning students are accustomed to. We have identified a niche in the student accommodation market to provide a higher level of fit-out and amenities. We aim to create a unique student experience with our high-end study bedrooms with facilities to match the expectations of today’s discerning student. We do our best to service you in the way we wanted to be.
Often located in renovated listed and historical buildings, boutique student residences are clusters of high-end study bedrooms each with their own en suite bathrooms, centred around a shared kitchen and separate living room. Clusters can have up to six bedrooms sharing the communal kitchen and living room and are increasingly popular amongst international and postgraduate students because of their higher standard of living.
